Fruity Sakes
Bursting with aromas of melon, apple, pear, banana and white peach, fruity sakes are the most fragrant style of sake. Most are ginjo and daiginjo, brewed slowly at low temperatures with highly polished rice to draw out these aromas.
A great place to start if you enjoy white wine. Serve chilled, ideally in a wine glass, and scroll down to see the full range.
