Beatiful  trace of shape of "Shinpaku" on the label.   Brewed with best quality rice Yamadanishiki  in whcih the elegant fragrance of Ginjou is distinct on the nose.   Elegant fruit notes like fresh green melons, laces with very soft  pineapple like fragrance.  Mild body with fair dry taste.
Clean and good length in the finish leaving a distinctive umami that will compliment with food  if paired.  Overall well balanced character.
