Crafted with AKITA Yukiguni Yeast (UT-1) and matured at the same cool temperature as a traditional snow cellar (Yukimuro), this seasonal Junmai Ginjo offers a uniquely refreshing expression with a subtle tropical character. Brewed using Akita Sake Komachi rice polished to 50%, it opens with delicate aromas reminiscent of tropical fruits, complemented by a fresh, lively acidity. Its bright freshness and elegant balance make it an excellent companion to light cuisine, pairing particularly well with fresh salads, seafood marinades and other delicately seasoned dishes.
