Each set brings together three bottles around a theme, an occasion, a style or a season, so you can taste side by side and discover sakes you might not have tried. 

Behind every bottle of sake is a multitude of stories; and Orihara Discovery Series is our way to share more about sake and sake culture. Our inaugural first volume welcomes a trio of sakes, from Akita, Shizuoka and YamaguchI, launching side by side with World Sake Day 2026.
