World Sake Day 2026 Limited Edition, Sake Discovery Series
October 1st is World Sake Day, or Nihonshu no Hi (日本酒の日). It was set up in Japan in 1978, and the date is traditionally linked to the start of the new sake brewing season. The kanji for sake, 酒, contains 酉 (tori), the zodiac sign of the tenth month. Every year, sake lovers around the world raise a glass to mark the day.
To celebrate, our Sake Discovery Series brings together 3 sakes from 3 regions of Japan, each with its own rice, brewery and story. This is a limited edition set, available till sold out.
