A sparkling sake made with 100% 'Hoshizora Mai,' which Tottori Prefecture is promoting as a branded rice. It's the world's first alcoholic product made using Hoshizora Mai. Like champagne, it undergoes natural carbonation through secondary fermentation in the bottle, creating fine bubbles and achieving a clear finish. This is a premium sparkling sake true to Tottori, known for its beautiful starlit skies, which the label and name captures with the image of stars showering down.

About the brewery
Chiyomusubi was founded in the port town of Sakaiminato, Tottori, in 1865 and is now run by the sixth generation of the family. Soft spring water is carted in daily from the foot of the Chugoku Mountains, and the rice programme centres on Tottori-grown sake rice such as the local Goriki variety, increasingly bought direct from contract growers.
