Made generously with Earl Grey, a blend of Ceylon tea and bergamot citrus, on a base of carefully brewed sake. The sweetness is kept restrained so the elegant, fragrant character of the tea comes through. Enjoy it as an after-dinner drink with a slice of lemon, on the rocks, or mixed one to one with milk or soda. Keep refrigerated for the best flavour.

About the brewery
Niizawa Brewery dates its founding to 1895 in Osaki, Miyagi, and moved production to Kawasaki Town in 2011. The brewers work as a team rather than under a traditional toji hierarchy, with the stated aim that today's sake should be better than yesterday's. Its Hakurakusei and Atagonomatsu labels sit alongside a liqueur, gin and sparkling range.
