An extremely dry sake that you can find in Niigata Prefecture with the dryness of +12.  It's an elegant, crisp and dry sake with a super refreshing taste.  Very rich with a distinct flavor of the rice.  Recommended to serve in the evening for dinner, at room temperature or warmed up to approximate 50 degrees.
