All originally produced 100% Niigata brand Ginjou.  Especially brewed with low alcohol content, mellow flavor,  delightful soft smell of fresh cream,  followed by nice sweet scent of white flower (Orange blossom?) like aroma.  Good soft acidity come out in the midpalate.  Leaves a good notes of nuts and fresh steamed rice.  Perfect to have with food.
