This is Yamagata Masamune's first low-alcohol sake. It has a gentle aroma, a slight tanginess, and a clean finish. It's a refreshing summer sake with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.The soft bubbles and minerality are a delight. ♡ Try it as a midsummer afternoon drink or evening companion. Incidentally, this is "Yamagata Masamune ♨️," which was offered as a trial at an event starting in early spring 2025.
