Potato shochu from Kagoshima, Kyushu. Made from Beniotome, (a special kind of sweet potato with reddish skin and the inside is golden yellow) this shochu was distilled in a very low temperature. The result is it's fruity, enticing aroma with a hint of freshly cooked sweet potato. A well rounded flavor.
