超微炭酸がより新酒のフレッシュさを感じさせ、また、新酒特有の苦もなく飲み口もよい。日本酒度マイナス5ですが、酸とのバランスが良いため甘たるさは全く感じず、フルーティーな酒質ながら飲み飽きしません。
