This is a Junmai Ginjo sake made with the rare Hiroshima sake rice 'Koiomachi,' which is produced in limited quantities. It has a mellow, sweet aroma reminiscent of plums, not overly floral. The mouthfeel is light, and the flavor is balanced, neither too sweet nor too dry. Depending on the drinker, it may taste slightly sweet or slightly dry.

生産量も少なく、貴重な広島産酒造好適米「こいおまち」を用いた純米吟醸です。華やかすぎない、おちついた梅のような甘い香りが感じられます。口当たりは軽く、味も甘い辛いに極端に中間の味わいです。 飲み手によってはやや甘口にもやや辛口にも感じられます。
