Sweet, ripe mango meets the tangy freshness of umeshu and the richness of milk in this dessert-like liqueur. The bright sweetness comes first, followed by a soft waft of plum, and the umeshu's acidity keeps the creamy, juicy body nicely in balance. Serve over crushed ice or on the rocks, garnished with berries and mint.
