Elegant, aromatic fruity Daiginjou.  Very easy to drink and extremely enjoyable.  Crisp, dry aftertaste, aroma lingers even after it goes down the palate.  Soft umami, simply fresh overall. Perfect to drink on its own or with light snacks on the side.
