Brewed using Hyogo Pref. grown Toku A Yamadanishiki polished to 40%. Luscious fragrance of Lafrance pear and apples. Light savory mid palate with just the right amount of acidity.  With a long experience and brewing skills of the Toji, the alcohol percentage was able to go up to at least 17% in a very low brewing temperature. It has a very clean, fresh and tasty lingering finish.
