This special Junmai sake is brewed using Utsukushi Yume Yeast, which was launched on a Falcon 9 rocket, stayed on the International Space Station (ISS) for 37 days, and circled the Earth more than 700 times. It is characterized by a refreshing flavor and a sharp taste, and the label is said to be designed with the motif of yeast that traveled through space. It will be even more delicious if you pair it with salmon, raw oysters, shiraae, bar chicken, caprese, etc. The recommended temperature is 15-18℃.
