Among the three types of Jinya series, this is the most suitable sake to drink with meals. It's a sharp sake with a refreshing aftertaste, but when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the firm, junmai-like rice flavor and the faint aroma of Ginjo-ko, which is exquisite.Lean meat with lots of fat is recommended. It goes particularly well with dishes with strong flavors. Aversatile type that can be cooled or heated in any temperature range. According to the master brewer, it'sbest at room temperature! Drink from a wide-mouthed choko.

 

陣屋シリーズ3タイプの中で一番、食中酒向きの酒です。キレのいいお酒で、後味がさっぱりしていますが、口に含んだ時に感じるしっかいりとした純米らしい米の旨味、ほのかに香る吟醸考が絶妙です。脂ののった赤身がおすすめ。味の濃い料理には特に相性がいいです。温度帯も冷やしてよし、あっためてよしの万能タイプ。杜氏曰く常温がベスト!!口の広いお猪口、ぐい飲みでお飲みください。
