It's a sharp sake with a refreshing aftertaste, but when you put it in your mouth, you can feel the firm, junmai-like rice flavor and the faint aroma of Ginjo-ko, which is exquisite.Lean meat with lots of fat is recommended. It goes particularly well with dishes with strong flavors. Aversatile type that can be cooled or heated in any temperature range. According to the master brewer, it'sbest at room temperature!
