Selection Only the finest natural potatoes are chosen and placed in tanks. To help the potatoes naturally form into moromi (mash), distillers carefully stir them with handcrafted wooden paddles. Potatoes are then distilled under natural pressure and aged for more than a year. Kaeda has a sweet, sassy aroma and a dry, light finish. Its authentic, foodfriendly taste makes it the perfect accompaniment for meals.
