Gold winner of the International Sake Challenge 11 season. Soft sweet caramel like notes, citrus jam, light pear. Crisp, clean, airy with a good umami taste at the back of the palate. Aroma of nuts or freshly cooked rice after one or two sips. Very delicious sake.
