Light  acidity with a very subtle flavor. It has the characteristic of typical Jumai sake with aromatic scent of rice  goes up to one's nose when sipped.  Best to serve either warm or chilled. The writings on the label is from a poem writer from Edo period, Kanzan. It is named after the last word of his poem "wagahai shin ni shosu beshi".。
