香りは程よい華やかさ、口当たりは軽快でマイルドに滑らか、透明感のある優しく心地よいボリュームの旨味は華やかすぎることなく飲みやすさと飽きの来ない味わいを実現しています。
綺麗でフレッシュ、現代風な含み香漂う水の様な純米酒に仕上げています。
