山形県が山田錦を超える事を目標に育苗した新品種を33％まで磨き上げ、
山形酵母で仕込んだ純米大吟醸 無濾過生原酒です。
フレッシュでフルーティーな香り、上品な甘さ、喉越しはスッキリとして、雑味が無く瑞々しくクリアな味わいです。
