This sake carries a gorgeous fragrance reminiscence of apples that penetrates your senses and spreads a beautiful sweetness that will linger in your month.

Dassai Junmai Daiginjo 39 (180 ml)
Yamadanishiki rice that has been polished up till 39%. 
Well balanced sake. The top notes are much similar to Dassai Junmai Daiginjo 45% but as it strikes the tongue and the palate, layered of fragrances open up. Soft, sweet scents of Cotton Candy, hints of Banana, Japanese pears. mid palate gives a crisp, clean, dry taste. Very smooth, clear and refined sake. Excellent harmony of flavor and scent. Short, clean finish.

Dassai Junmai Daiginjo 45 (180 ml)
Yamadanishiki rice that has been polished up till 45%. 
It has a good texture and is fruity with a delicate sweetness.
