A versatile sake that can be enjoyed both chilled and warm. The faint scent of crushed green leaves gives a good nose impression complimenting the soft, sweet taste followed by the delicious aroma of freshly cooked rice ending off with a pleasant, clean finish.
When served chilled, this sake is refreshing and crisp. When served warm, it tastes wholesome and rich. This sake is best paired with cold noodles like soumen, or hot dishes like Yudofu, Shabu Shabu, Oden, and egg omelette.
