Slowly aged in a very cold temperature and then carbonated by infusion, this rich tasting kijoshu is the best to enjoy as an aperitif or after meal.  Whiffs of  vanilla, caramel notes that doesn’t overwhelm the palate and with its low alcohol content, one can keep on drinking.   A very refreshing sake that is a perfect alternative to a standard sparkling.  Serve chilled in a champagne glass.
