Brewed with Akita prefecture's original yeast using rice produced in Akita prefecture. After pressing, it was quickly bottled and stored for quite sometime in a refrigerated warehouse to slowly mature. You can taste the moderately matured and fine flavor with a refreshing mouthfeel once it gets into your palate. Very enjoyable to drink when served in a thin sake glass like “Us uha ri” glass.
