This wonderful Muroka Junmai Ginjou can be enjoyed from spring to autumn. Gentle and pleasant mouthfeel when served in room temperature in Springtime. Fresh, vibrant character when serve very chilled in Summer. One of the best brew of Iyo Kagiya.
